  That was our second visit to this restaurant, and absolutely different from first visit. Our waiters was soooooo rude ,did not ask if we like any thing to drink or see if we could like any appetizer with 4 glass of water asking what you want for dinner, we had to remind her we would like wine we like to have appetizer. After dinner we were not offer any coffee or dessert. She made it so uncomfortable for us with her action that got up left with intention never go back there. It is so sad to see the establishment like that goes down the drain with behavior of a one individual who could make the difference.

  I've enjoyed my meals with Brio. Sure, it's a bit pricier, but I've always found the pasta more enjoyable than other "Italian" places. I think that the location in the mall means this is not as nice as other Brio locations and I'm sure that the noise from the mall carries into the restaurant, but I've been happy with my experiences here.
